Hey @ASUS, does the ZenFone 8 really not support LTE B13 (so the phone is rather useless on Verizon outside cities)...and also not n41 (so it's useless for high speed 5G on T-Mobile)? And no CBRS LTE either? These seem like huge oversights for the US market.

Dangit @ASUS, the ZenFone 8 looks awesome, but no n71 support makes things unusable for T-Mobile, no B14 support makes things subpar for AT&T, and no mmWave support means the phone isn't ideal for Verizon :(/cc @saschasegan

@VZWSupport I called today to request credit since Feb 15, my cellphone service not working. I had no service due to Texas snow storm. Today 3/1, still having issues with internet And phone calls. CS SS Verizon will be issuing Credit to Texans. When??

@VZWSupport CS today said they would change my service to another tower once I hang up turn phone off then turn on to help with no phone service & slow internet. Has not helped

I grew up thinking @Verizon was the best cell provider, but as a customer with Verizon for almost two years, I can’t tell you guys how often I have near full/full bars and my LTE is absolute garbage. And I have the 11 Pro so don’t give me some, “your phone is outdated” bs.

Wow I've been a customer with @VZWSupport but their customer service cut my service off when I paid my bill on time. Imagine if I had an emergency call today ie family trying to get a hold of me. I may need to take my business elsewhere now because of this.

Going on nearby 10 days without LTE service in my area! @sprintcare @TMobile meanwhile all other carriers in the 78660 zip code are operating with no issues...@Verizon hit this 20 year customer up!!!

@VZWSupport The issue isn't because I am inside my house, my service is fine when it is working as intended, has been for years, the tower in my area is just dropping all my connections at the same time, so I could only assume it is the tower having issues.
