I’m not usually the type to leave bad reviews but I was very frustrated with my service yesterday. To begin, I only wanted my toenails painted and he proceeded to cut and file my nails after I told him not to twice. There seemed to be a language barrier, so I was trying to be understanding but when he kept doing things, I did not want it was beginning to get frustrating. We then moved to my dip powder nails and this experience was not good at all. My nails we’re even shorter when he ended the service then what I would’ve liked. I had to continuously tell him not to cut or file anymore. He then was getting done and one of my nails was not the color I wanted at all, he must’ve dipped that finger in the wrong powder. He corrected it but seemed very frustrated. It put me in a very uncomfortable place, but I had to say something. When I left, I noticed I had bumps on one of my nails, and a white colored squiggle on the other. One hand was longer than the other and it looked like little bubbles compared to my other hand. He left crust from the dip all over my fingers and didn’t take the inside crust off of the nail, so it seemed even chunkier. It is my first and last time going here. I wish I could’ve got someone more experienced.

Booked a pedicure for two people. We sat next to each other. They filled our water at the same time. One of us started to get worked on. They checked back a couple times to tell us they apologize for the wait on the 2nd person. They kept saying it would be 5 minutes and they were just waiting for someone to free up. We saw several other people get started with technicians while we waited. 40 minutes into the first person pedicure, no one had started on the 2nd person. We told them to just cancel it. Won’t be back. It was pretty dirty inside and not cared for. Stained ceiling tiles and air vents with black dirt or mold on them. The pedicure was fine but hardly enjoyable due to the stress of one of us sitting them the whole time waiting.

Had an appointment, started out fine. Then in the middle of my nails, I got moved to the pedicure chair. They finished my nails while getting my pedicure. The water was already ran and cold, so they added some hot water.. I was there with 2 friends whose pedicures started 15 minutes before mine. Needless to say my pedicure was rushed and short 15 minutes. It’s a fancy place, not worth going in. It was my first time and last. Very DISAPPOINTED
