Arachnid Grotto
Activate Mistle and go down the left path. Kill the Argent Wolf Soldier to get Construction Record. Keep going straight to kill the Forgotten Devil and pick up Scout Vestige Part C now go back to the Mistle and teleport to Poisonous Butterfly Nest.

Talk to Self-Important Revenant and teleport to Research Facility Area.

Go back to the camp and turn left to pick up Mistle Agent and teleport to Poisonous Butterfly Nest.

Talk to Self-Important Revenant to get Rv Mastery (113). Now teleport to Iceless Falls.
Ridge of Frozen Souls
Go down into the cave, kill the Ghastly Flesh and go through the right path. Drop down 2 ladders then roll down in the opposite direction of the 3rd ladder and drop down the last ladder. Continue on the path to the next area and a cutscene.
Crown of Sand
Walking through the deep sand will drain your Ichor! Frost Weapon is good for the new/re-skinned Bog Predator called Thirsting Plunderer .
Activate Mistle. Around the corner you will see a door, go straight across the sand, ignore the 1st left and turn on the 2nd left to kill a 'dead' Thrall. Ahead on the right is a Dust Cloud Bandit that can spit out several slow moving, home-seeking sand 'bullets' and combo with its claws if you are close. It can shoot bigger/faster sand bullets at you while it jumps and around 50% HP puts up a sand shield around itself, it will not hurt you just drains Ichor. Go in the right corner to pick up Harmonia Vestige Part B.
Go back all the way through this path near the door. Turn left and on your right will be a Thirsting Plunderer. Ignore both paths on the left and continue down the right path at the end, deal with the Thirsting Plunderer. On the back left wall above the sand is another Thirsting Plunderer. Pick up Harmonia Vestige Part A.
Go back and through the next path ahead. On the left you will see a 'dead' Red Thrall, 'dead' Thrall and on the right is a Euphoric Bomber! Take the path through the boxes and a Grime Mass will be in the sand. Climb the ladder and around the corner is Harmonia Vestige Part C.
Go back around and across the sand to climb the ladder in the left corner. Deal with the Thirsting Plunderer. In the next area is a huge pit with a Regen Extention Factor in the middle. First go around and kill the 2 Thirsting Plunderers then go down the stairs, where 14 Grime Mass are around the edge of the pit. Pick up the Regen Extention Factor and go back up the stairs. Follow the path around and through the left path. Drop down and Activate Mistle on the right.
The area above the ladder leads to a hill that has a Thirsting Plunderer at the top creating Sand Boulders, that will knock you down causing you to lose progress up the hill! You need to zig-zag through the paths on the left and right to slowly climb the hill. Start by going up and to the right. Break the boxes/red cylinders and kill the Thirsting Plunderer. Now turn around and break the red cylinders to reveal a Red Shooter. Break the next lot of boxes and wait for the Sand Boulder to go pass, then run up to the boxes you can see ahead. Turn around and go through the next set of boxes. Turn around one more time to see a red cylinder and box further ahead. Now try to Plunge Attack the Lost Revenant below on your right. Climb the ladder and finally kill the Thirsting Plunderer at the top! Turn around and go down to the left for a Red Shooter guarding Queen Titanium. Now back up.
2 Thralls and a Red Thrall will climb up the edge ahead. Take the left path for Queen Titanium. The path straight has Queen Titanium directly ahead and leads to a Dust Cloud Bandit. Spotless Instrument valuable in the left corner. Back out of this area and continue right. Kill the Buried Fool and 3 more straight ahead to pick up Harmonia Vestige Part D.
Go back and take the ladder down on your right. Continue ahead and use the elevator. Pick up Board Game valuable, Purify Rotten Mistle, pick up Queen Titanium and open the shortcut. Now go back to the starting Mistle and rest (you DO NOT want to end up dying and doing the hill all over again). Go back through the shortcut and around to climb the ladder to face a Thirsting Slaughterer ahead. Head across the sand to the right and kill the 2 'dead' Thrall. Break all the boxes to get Antique LP Record, then look over the edge where the barrels and sandbags are to drop down (watch out for the Euphoric Bomber!). Purify Rotten Mistle and climb the ladder to see Bottled Jam valuable ahead.
Go around the sand to fight a Thirsting Slaughterer. Do not go down the path ahead of the Thirsting Slaughterer! Instead take the other path around to kill a Euphoric Bomber and pick up Queen Titanium. Now you can take the previous path killing 2 Grime Mass and another Thirsting Slaughterer. Pick up Harmonia Vestige Part E, turn around and go right.
Kill the Buried Fool on the left and kick the ladder down on the right. The boss is close, so if you need to go back to the Mistle do it now. There is only one path ahead, so you can run past the Thirsting Plunderer and Purify Rotten Mistle in the tunnel. Talk to Themisto and restore Harmonia Vestige I, II and III. Now boss time!
Successor of the Throat
Use Frost Weapon. Keep hitting her to bring her quickly to her knees.
1st Phase, Moves
(Close-Range) Right Sand Arm - She will summon a Sand arm on her right side to attack you. It swings back the other way!
(Close-Range) Spin Attack - She will summon both Sand Arms to spin around at you, and again if you are still close.
(Mid/Long-Range) Arm of Set - She will summon both Sand Arms and bury her hands under the sand, you will see the unsettled sand move towards you, after a couple seconds both hands will raise up from the ground to crush you. This will kock you down!
(Mid/Long-Range) Sand Arm Slam - She will summon a Sand Arm and slam the ground in your direction causing a straight vertical line shockwave in that direction.
2nd Phase, New Moves around 60% HP
(Any-Range) AoE, Sands of Depravity - She will summon 4 big Tornadoes that will explode after a couple seconds. These are really hard to see if you are in one or not. If your character is moving slowly you are inside one!
(Any-Range) AoE, Sand Edge - She will summon numorous, fast moving sand projectiles (ground-based like Insatiable Despot used in his 2nd Phase) that have a couple variations. Sometimes they move around the edge of the area then they will all shoot towards her. Sometimes they move around close to her or they shoot directly from her.
After the fight you will unlock Successor of the Throat.

You do not have to move for the first 3 memories. After Restore Memory! for another cutscene. Harmonia Blood Code (20/32). Go back and pick up Eos Vestige Part C then use the Purple Mistle past the boss to teleport to the next area.
