| Apr. 2004 | Japan Storage Battery Co., Ltd. and Yuasa Corporation transferred their shares, established a holding company and became fully-owned subsidiaries of the holding company. The holding company's ordinary shares were listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the first section of the Osaka Stock Exchange. |
